Didnt see this covered in other threads...

BRB, p16.

If the unit only consists of characters, a Look Out, Sir attempt can still be made, with one character within 6" taking the place of the erstwhile victim if the roll is passed.

How do you play it:

1- After passing the Look Out, Sir, swap both models from their position on the table

2- taking the place of the erstwhile victim has no effect on where the models are on the table.

I'm sorry if this question seems stupid, english is not my native language and this could only be a bad understanding of the wording.

Thanks a lot.

It doesn't give you permission to move the models just pass the wound to the other model.

It's not the size of the blade, it's how you use it.

"taking the place" means "this model is wounded in place of the model hit initiallly"; it has nothing to do with physical placement

When you pass the LoS roll, just move the wound to another model, if you have already taken a save that model dies, if not then that model takes his save against that wound. If he fails, takes a wound if not nothing happens. Their is not moving of the models. I know the fluff says pushing your "hero" out of the way but some of the other fluff says other things like a Marine calling out to his sergeant to duck and he himself takes the wound so no movement of models.
