Veil of Tears for Shadow see is changed in the FAQ to have its second and third sentences replaced with them having Stealth and Shrouded. Is this an oversight on GW? It should say second and third paragraph. Since as of now, it looks like Harlequin suddenly gains Stealth and Shrouded without any drawbacks.

Not all Harlequins, only Eldar Harlequins. The other 2 types are unchanged from what it says in their codex and army lists.
