The stats in the starter set booklet give it the same profile as the current CSM dread. I'm sure the upcoming Codex will grant it different abilities and options.

My card says its Helbrute, not Hell Brute. But for the most part its a CSM Dreadnought with a multi-melta. AV values are the same too.

It's just the new name for a Chaos dreadnought sculpt more or less. Fluff wise, Hellbrutes are supposed to be even more insane then regular Chaos dreadnoughts and completely driven by rage.

Basically berzerker dreads.
