Love that facemask. I always try to get people to use it, but some just dont even have the bit anymore

He looks like he was sculpted out of green stuff and then never fully painted. The green is too flat on him and even for nurgle, he needs other colors other than green.

Good choice of facemask though.

I would paint his shoulder pads and highlight him a little to give him some more presence
