So, my theory is is if my opponent wants to come to me, i start everything on the board and clump up and make him run at all my guns. if i am facing leafblower guard or something like that, i can move my preds on from the sides and fly my stormraven in to deliver the DC as a counterpunch.

Unleash Rage kinda sucks now, as preferred enemy only allows you to re roll rolls of a 1, perhaps try the psychic powers from the main rulebook, Divination discipline and use prescience, re roll all failed to hit rolls. a Librarian with the Devestator squad may be useful.

also you only have two scoring units, and im presuming these will be combat squadding down to have the melta in a razorback, at 2k points i dont think they will last very long. i would suggest about 3 to 4 troops choices.

Also only one Flyer at 2k points wont last too long either, its going to get a lot of attention.

i would maybe drop the storm raven, add in an aegis defence line to combat enemy flyers, maybe put the devestators and the librarian behind it, that way you can fire the ADL weapon and re roll your snap fire shots to take out flyers. try and fit another tactical squad in and maybe increase the death company, i would take more bodies over power weapons, just give them bolters as rage is plus two attacks now so not so much need for the extra close combat weapon.

Assault squads in razorbacks are shooty. Also a good deal better value for their points.

You definitely need more scoring, I'm not sure what the DC brings to this list. Agree with MFletch on smaller units and more razorbacks.

Also you don't need Epistolary with Shield and Rage. Shield is during opponent's turn, Rage is in yours.
