Folks.
I played 2 games yesterday with the same 1000 pt list which included a KFF embarked on a loaded Battle Wagon with a Deff. Both games he got an outflank warlord ability. In the first game he tankshocked (rolled) an ADL. He was able to fully arrive on the board before contacting a model. He successfully rolled a quad gun. And pushed a BA Chappy around. The second game he rolled a squad of Heavy Destroyers. This time he could not get completely on the board before contacting the enemy. We allowed both. Is this correct? Please sight pages. Thanks.

You are allowed to Tank Shock from off-table. It needs to be announced before the model is placed on the table how far it's moving.

I'm pretty sure the requirement to move fully on the table is 'measured' at the end of the model's movement. Tank Shock and Ram events occur on the way. Only certain Ram and Death or Glory results would prematurely end the vehicle's movement.

I don't write the rules. My ego just lives and dies by them one model at a time.
