Not going to bore yall with some boring backstory, so I am gonna get straight to it.
Warboss w/ pk, cb

Any suggestions on the last 300 points?
A lot of you will mention nob bikers, but I do not have the money, I only have 2 maybe three of some old warbikers.
I used to run deffkoptas/warbuggies so much becuase they are so good, but I am gonna try to play without them for a change.
My upcoming game is against Nidz, CSM, and Necrons
VS Nidz-
Now if he is still toying with gaunts, I will be facing a surplus of termagaunts and the like. I believe 12 boys can handle 20 gaunts at a time, so that should not be a problem with the artillery blowing em all up anyways. Stormboys can deepstrike in and assault the two tervigons (one at a time) to stop the flood of gaunts. The Warboss and Ardboys can barrel through anything, so they will open up a gap for the fellow trukks to pour through. Nothing scary to face there, unless there is something I am missing.
VS CSM-
Now this player is really novatic when he plays, so should be easy enough, as long as I gang up multiple trukks against each marine-squad. If I end up against hordes of khorne bezerkers, then I know they wont be in transports so my boomguns can blow them all up and the boys can mop up. The problem might be Deffy. I only have boomguns for antitank, and that is not very reliable. If he takes a vindicator instead, then I can just send the stormboys after that no problem, same if he takes firewarrior support.
VS Necrons-
He is the flyer man, taking 2 doomscythes with death rays and a pluthara of immortalsand wraiths. I seriously will get hurt if he takes his monoliths though, as I do not have reliable AT that can hurt AV14. Any suggestions againt Necrons?
The only list tweaks that I could think to do would be add some tankbustas for high-end AT.

Aahhh heavy armor the great bane of orks haha.... Have you thought about deffkoptas with the TL rokkits? could get enough glances to kill it the monoliths, and it can deal with the heavier infantry.

go warbikers and nob bikers for speed freaks.
if your ork boy units get charged by nids theyre done.
for the necrons, good luck because those trucks are going to get shot up and those flyers will rip into your looted wagons.
as for CSMs, hope that he doesnt bring a gunline. you are target saturating the area, so thats in your favor.

Sorry mates, forgot to mention that I had 300points to go for a 1.5k game, will fix the original post.
Deffkoptas I overused in the last edition because of the beautiful AOBR models. Before 6th I ran a consistent green tide that obliterated the field, the support were deffkoptas/warbuggies, I am trying to find alternative AT options.
Nob bikers are a little pricy for me, I only have 2 ol' bikers so that might be a problem unless I proxy some Umy-bikers. If I do proxy in some bikers, how should the nobs run?
I am thinking that a mob of 6 would be good with 2 power klaw, a waaagh banner, bosspole, (Give one to the warboss too) and the rest be big choppas. They can get their shooting that will decimate anything, and then they can mop up perfectly in the charge.
Normal bikers do the same thing for cheap, difference is that the nobz and warboss will overkill everything they hit. Bikers will shoot-up and just kill everything in a comfortable Bluecollar world fashion. I thought nob bikers were only considered in a biker army. After-all the guns do not change between them and that is all that matters for bikers right?

I personally would not use the boom wagons. Turn 2 they will be either dead or you will not be able to fire them because the boys will be up there.
Bikes would be a nice option to through in there. Possible with wazdakka to make them scoring. Nothing like T5 scoring units.
Drop the ard boys. Make them regualar boys. The 4+ save that you are getting for almost double points is not that great. You could get more boys that way.
Meganobs are a nice unit. You can put them in a trukk as well and are dead hard to kill.
I might also try to get more Stormboys, 10 will not last. you need at least 15 to really make them count. If you are trying to assault with the stormboys, why not take Zagstruk? He will alloy you to assault the turn he comes in with I PK's. If you do go that rout then the 10 would be ok as you don't want them to big to have a hard time dropping them.
Nids you are better to shoot first before assaulting. So a BW with 20 Shoota boys in it would be a nice addition. They always work for me. Then they can get out later and take an objective.

I have yet for my boomwagons to all be obliterated in one game. Most of the time they do not get targetted til it is too late! All I really need the boomguns for is the first 0ne to two volleys and if lucky a third or fourth as well.
Ard boys being dropped? That would be removing my mock grey knights! (Black Orkz painted with GK scheme)
Stormboys are as is, for what they are doing I do not want ot sink into them.
I would like bikes, but would have to proxy. My opponents are nice enough to let me so I can run maybe 8 bikers with borrowed space marine models and then stretch it with hotwheels. The shooting they dish out will do very nice! Should I fill out the rest with bikers?
No battlewagons, I have ran shootawagon fleets before and they are too boring for me. I wanna have an experience! Not some lousy duck shoot.

Try taking dakka jets then and spam 3 of those instead of boom gun looted wagons.

If looted wagons work for me, then why would I need to change em to dakkajets? I have 300 points to go, so I could take 2 dakkajets and some tankbustas or similar.

Taking a look back over your loadout in your original post, your at 1130/1500pt, freeing up 370pts. 370 would allot you 2 dakka jets and 8 lootas.

Rocket buggies would benefit your list giving some ranged antitank, whilst they also fit nicely into your fast av10 list.
You'll probably want more storm boyz for them to be really useful to you.
