I just got our starter set in the mail and both my sons have claimed an army. I hope to have an army built soon (Dad wants to play!)
I am painting a chaos army right now.

1 custom Chaos Lord ( bought some parts off a fellow gamer )
10 man squad Chosen Chaos space marines
10 man squad Khorne Berzerkers

I can't wait to get pictures, they look really nice for my first paint job.
