I expect this is under control, but certain pics have been replaced by that picture, and it's especially strange with avatars. Just noting it in case it hasn't been already.

Clear your cache and reload. I get the same sometimes if I am hitting the site right at the edge of an update. Might have to go to that users profile and refresh there.

Ok, thanks. I know it's around here somewhere but after a quick look I can't find it, how do I clear the cache?

I have honestly no clue. When it happened to me I would just click on the name of the user who has that weird picture as the avatar to get to their profile, and then I just hit refresh or reload on the page. That fixed it for me.

Ah, it's worked. At least for that user, I haven't checked elsewhere yet. Thanks.
