I have the old soft cover imperial armor book. I recently have aquired a shadowsword, and I would like to know if the AP of the volcano cannon is still 2. Also someone told me that it now has 2D6 armor penetration. Is that true?

The reason your post hasn't been responded to is because this site walks a fine line in terms of posting rules that should be costing players money on a web site. When someone starts a debate over something like "Do models armed with heavy weapons lose their origional weapon?" we post quotes to support our arguments or disprove other's arguments. Unfortunately though, we cannot post rules simply because someone does not own a rulebook.

I would suggest going to a GW store or even any local gaming store and either leafing through their copy, or asking around. Someone's bound to have the book or access to it.
