IIRC only one termi assault squad can have a dedicated LR transport. So one of them needs to be a HS pick. Mostly a semantics issue, but for missions like "Big guns never tire" it makes a difference.

For 2k, I'd expect a higher volume of fire. It's not that what you have is bad, just -seems- underwhelming. I'd drop one of the terminator squads/LR for more shooting. Some preds and typhoon speeders. I also like keeping tac squads together, so would recommend at least one rhino over all razors. I find it too easy to blow 5 marines off an objective.

I'd also go with a chaplain over a librarian.

Taking out flyers is a problem for you.
Also you have a huge number of points gambled in TH/SS in raiders being successful. They are cool but not that cool.

If you are running attack bikes as singletons I think landspeeders with double MM may be better for you.

You have a solid enough idea, it is just a question of whether 2 units of assault termies(especially with pure SS/TH) is right thing to hit the enemy with.
