Why not throw some wracks in instead of warriors? That way your
ADL manning unit get
FNP, cover save, and are running at T4(slightly less wound per hit, and harder to deny
FNP). Their shooting power will be on the weaker end, but not like your unupgraded 5 kab unit is any better!
Assuming you're willing to drop the warriors... you'll have 95pts to spare.
4 Wracks(extra wound) w/ hex upgrade + hex rifles on the haemies... 95pts.
Alternately... 3 wracks w/hex + hex rifles on the haemies + power lance on your helliarchs.... 95pts, Your helliarchs will be challenged, and most likely die, with a power lance and possibly S+1 or
FC, he might be able to get some good damage out on
MEqs before dying.
Interesting attempt anyway, do post how you fared with them. I can see the biggest problem you'll face is mass of
AT fires(easy
ID, no
FNP) on your frail meaty units, because there isn't much else to direct the
AT fires to. Your
VRB don't come on until the earliest of 2nd turn, so you'll have to deal with at least 1 turn worth of fire on your non-vehicle'd army.
