so here is my list so far, mind you I'm not mentioning the extra gear for the most part.

x2 5 man assault squads- no jump packs- they will ride in a pair of rhinos

1 unit of 10 death company with Lemartes. with jump packs and mostly bolters-

1 unit of 10 tactical marines - in a storm raven

1 death company dreadnaught- on the raven

3 Bike marines

1 sanguinary priest

brother corbolo

librarian in term armour

The rhinos ride side by side to provide cover for the bike marines
the bikes are from dark vengeance- so they have the plasma weapons.

rhino 1 has a assault group 1 and a priest attached to it

Corbolo is with the tacs on the raven. the raven has las cannons and hurricane bolters and multi melta

the 2nd assault squad is with the librarian.

I have a few points left, enough for a second hq or maybe a predator.

I'd spend the remainder on a predator, and you cant upgrade lemartes, neither would i trade him for just one extra wound.

The list is all over the place and you have some very strange options

Terminator armour models can not go in rhinos.
Fast rhinos are cool, but really you are looking for razorbacks with suitable turrets.
DC with jump packs are expensive.
Then you've made the stormraven a huge target.
Bikers do not need cover from the rhinos, the rhinos need cover from them.
Try a priest on a biker, also maybe get more bikers to get them to work. They may be a good walking shield for your new razorbacks.

I actually quite like the idea of a tactical squad in stormraven
Seriously combat squad down to 5, equip the serg. nicely then give them priest and a librarian/chaplain in terminator armour and you are charging out for some cheap destruction.

All I can say is grab Dante and whack some Sanguinary Guard as troops, they kick righteous ass in 6th ed with their 2+ save. I have a 3k sang guard army and havent lost yet using the new rules

This. Rhinos are pretty much First Blood points to any army with a gun. Not to mention, stopping them is always a good idea. They will be shot at and blow up in the 1st turn more than likely.
