Just curious, a dreadknight is using a nemesis greatsword along with a nemesis doomfist. Do this add one attack ?

And are they able to equip a range weapon on the vambrace on the greatsword hand aswell ?

As it is wielding two (non-specialist) weapons, yes you get the +1 attack.

I do not believe there is any restrictions on where you can place the optional ranged weapons it can take, so yes to that too.
