My write up will be brief because I just finished writing a long one right before I accidentally hit back, so yah. (ps I've been DA for a long time, I haven't just jumped on the bandwagon)

Belial and termies in LR threating enemy TEQ and MEQ. Draws fire from the assault squad coming down near-by (about 6 inches behind and 12 to the left or right)

Int chappy with assault squad to do lots of damage to GEQ MEQ and TEQ (but preferably GEQ) they like challenges being able to deal them out with either a) int chap with str 6 ap 4 or b) serg with str 5 ap 2.

Tac squads foot slogging it or camping on objectives, might get into RB if needed but usually not.

Razorbacks driving round, hopefully non-imposing with only 5 shots and a lot of other imposing targets, weaking up infantry squads but they are not aggressive, just defensive.

Land speeders reserve and deep strike behind enemy heavy vehicles to nab them from behind and shoot lighter vehicles/ MEQ/ flyers after they are all gone.

Predators to shoot heavy/light vehicles and flyers.

Any c&c is welcome because I am currently tailoring it for an upcoming tourny.

There is nothing like the smell of railguns in the morning.

Interesting unit choices.
Not sure what advice you'll want to hear.

OK, let's say drop the assault marines.
Then take 3 units of laserbacks with 5 marines with meltaguns in each.
laserbacks will be the best hope you'll have at shooting flyers.
The meltaguns are useful and worth the points.
This provides another tank to hide the raider behind/benefit from the buller magnet which is the raider.

Spare points then on getting another landspeeder or a ven. dread.

There is of course an obvious answer which is play as space wolves/blood angels/ultrasmurfs with Belial and termies as allies.
