Article

The courts determined that you can indeed fire an employee that moons their bosses.

IN short: Bank of America bought out an Asset company and changed some pay rates. An employee mooned his new bosses from Bank of America after a friend of his quit because his pay was cut. His boss gave him a warning because apparently this guy must be pretty good at his job, but then the CEO heard about the cheeky incident and had him fired. The man sued saying it was a wrongful termination and has now lost. He was a few months away from a two million dollar bonus that he will never get now, but at least he has his dignity.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.

1.) This was a terrific article, and I'm not being sarcastic. The caption on the image was delightful.

2.) I kinda think he had a case, to be honest. Outrageous as the original infraction was, it does seem sort of wrong to discipline a person for something and then later, subsequently fire them for the same thing. I guess it depends on the timeframe - since it was only a week, and he knew his boss was on vacation and any decision made would potentially be countered upon his return... well, maybe he didn't have a winning case, but I see his argument, anyway.

Kind of an immature thing for a guy that commands a presumably high salary to do, but oh well. A tad unfair, but what did he expect?

"Man with the most expensive prosthetic bottom finally reveals cost" was the original angle I thought the thread was going to take. Not sure why that would get posted though...

Guy is an idiot. If you have 2 million bucks coming your way why risk it like this. I get you're trying to back your friend but ya know what works better than mooning your boss? Just about anything you can get him with part of that TWO MILLION DOLLARS.

Well look on the bright side the guy worked for a firm named Wanger. The Execs are lucky they didn't get a helicopter.
