My friend and I are looking to Make Cultist Chan to join in a chaos cultist themed army but we can't think of a model that would be a good base for her. Any suggestions?

I'd been pondering the same thing myself, since picking up Dark Vengeance. I'm thinking that a Necromunda Escher Juve would make a really good starting point- an appropriate frame that probably wouldn't take a great deal of converting to get the right effect.

Pretty much any of the various Chain Mail Bikini fantasy figures would be a good starting point. Check out your favorite non-GW supplier of miniatures and you should have two or three dozen figures in a few minutes time.

Maybe the old Juan Diaz Daemonettes.

Oh god tell me those aren't pubes...

Anyway, on topic, if you wanted to stick to GW then some of the Necromunda models would be good.

If you want to go third party I know that some Warmahordes models look like good starting points (couldn't name any, sorry).

Squigsquasher, resident ban magnet, White Knight, and general fethwit.

Here's what my friend and I came up with while browsing Reaper minis:

I personally think the first would be the best bet but hes thinking the second.

You may want to check out Norsgard. They're relatively new but I believe some of those models could be easily worked into a Cultist-chan.

Or if you can actually get a hold of one, a Kingdom Death Pinup-Architect would make a great base for conversion.

That's the difficulty with Kingdom Death. They sell fast!

You might also try White Speaker - Nico. She's another good beginning for Cultist-chan and doesn't have the leafy leggings you mentioned.

Also out of stock! Shown with different options.
