I know I'm really Really limiting myself to these options but I really really wanted to make a gun line/ mobile shooting army. But I can't be the following

I was thinking of a space marine chapter? I don't know which chapter specialises in shooting more so then others

Marines can do a gunline of sorts, but don't really have the numbers to make a gunline in the sense of the IG. They usually end up going with Razorback spam, and lots of min-sized units in said Razorbacks. A bunch of Marine squads in Razorbacks, Rifleman Dreadnoughts, and Predators would make for a shooty as hell yet repetitive army. Biker Marine lists also make good shooting armies, but are mobile. You could even get a head start with the Ravenwing in the new starter set.

Gk psycannon spam is a fairly viable option of shooting.

IG are pretty much the ultimate for this.

Go orks. Bring as many lootas as possible. Then grab as many shokk attack gun meks as you can. THEN fill up heavy support with big guns. THEN fill up troops with shoota boyz. Throw in dakkajets for more dice.

Congratulations, you now roll more dice per turn than an entire DnD convention.

Plus, if you get bored, you can just walk across the board and hit the guy
