I need an army for an upcoming event this month. Will this be a good and balanced army?
HQ:
Daemon Prince with Mark of Slaanesh, Lash of Submission and Wings - 155 pts
Necron Overlord with Resurrection Orb, Phase Shifter and upgrade to Phaeron - 165 pts
Troops:
10 Khorne Berzerkers with Skull Champion, Power Sword and Rhino with Twin-Linked Bolter - 280 pts
10 Khorne Berzerkers with Skull Champion, Power Sword and Rhino with Twin-Linked Bolter - 280 pts
8 Necron Warriors - 104 pts
5 Immortals with Gauss Blaster - 85 pts
Heavy Support:
Doomsday Ark - 175 pts
Any thoughts?

Drop the Phaeron rule, it's useless with the new rapid fire rules. Add a extra upgrade or an extra Warrior or two instead.

Sadly, I don't have enough models which is why I overly tooled up my Overlord.

You can add Sempiternal Weave, mss, tesseract labyrinth or any other upgrade instead. Just switch it for a upgrade that you can use.
