Many reasons indeed but the first thing I see wrong is your HQ.
Mark of the Wulfen with a frost weapon is useless. When you attack it's claws and teeth. You get no benefits from the frost weapon. Wasted points there.

The Land Raiders are Godstorm pattern or Crusader?

First of all, this guy...

is all screwed up. You want to take him like this...

Second...What is the point of taking land raiders if you only put 5 dudes in them? Check this out ...
