This probably belongs in Painting and Modelling.
Other than getting rid of any excess superglue and retrying, or switching to a stronger brand, maybe you could use modelling putty to hold the feet in place?

Seems a fairly obvious case for some pinning.

Either pin him or, if your using plastic glue, then switch to regular super glue

If you're using plastic glue, it's doomed to fail.
CW has only ever been released as a METAL model or a finecast model - neither of which can be glued with plastic glue.
If it's metal, then superglue or epoxy are your options.
If it's finecast, then you have my pity (anyone who willingly buys finecast is incapable of my sympathy - of which I have none).

What sort of glue are you using?
My first advice would be to make sure the glue you're using works on metal, so superglue. If you're already using superglue and it still falls apart, try and clean as much off as possible and use some epoxy glue (various brands, I recommend the 5 minute variety and I typically use Araldite).
Epoxy is harder to use, but assuming the joints are clean, it'll stick extremely well. You have to mix it and it goes off quickly (the 5 minute variety), make sure you apply it before it goes off too much and then hold the model together for a minute or so and it should be good.
If even epoxy isn't sufficient, which I'd be surprised if it weren't, then you can also try pinning.
Epoxy is more time consuming than superglue, but I prefer how it sticks so I use it for most my metal models. Pinning is even more fiddly than epoxy, so I'd rather just use epoxy and save the pinning for really really stressed joints (which I don't think Canis would be).

If you use a bit of green stuff and glue you can lock him onto the base. I have abused my canis model and he is still stuck on there.
Put some glue on both surfaces and push them together with the greenstuff inbetween. Locks it down.
Epoxy is a pain in the ass as you have to mix it and its tough to clean up.
