Can a Nob carry a combi weapon AND a power klaw or big choppa? Combi weapon replaces a slugga and power klaw or big choppa replace the choppa so it seems like it should work.

If they do this can they still take the warbiker upgrade? and if so are they able to fire the combi weapon as well as the other weapons the bike has?

They can have bikes, they can still only fire one ranged weapon per phase.

Technically, if you model the warbike with more than one rider, you can fire as many ranged weapons as the model has riders in a turn. However, actually doing so would likely be viewed unfavorably by your opponents, so I do not recommend it, especially since the benefit gained is quite marginal.
