Subject: Can a Flyer use Flat Out to leave the board on the same turn it arrives from Reserves?

Just wondering where the weight of public opinion lies, as I haven't seen a convincing debate/answer either way yet.
I play Tyranids, so it's mostly irrelevant for me (unless you can run a FMC off the board, I suppose) but a couple of my buddies are set to play a game soon where both players will be dogfighting with Flyers, and there's been some curiosity about this issue. Basically, one guy is wondering if he can Flat Out off the board edge if his Flyer shows up from Reserves before the other guy's does, in order to avoid getting shot by it.

Page 81 and yes.
Edit: missed the page 80 part for movement phase.

Oh, god, I totally screwed up the question. I actually meant "Can a Flyer use Flat Out to leave the board on the same turn it arrives from Reserves?"
At issue is the text on page 80 that says "In a turn in which a Flyer enters the board from Reserve, it can do so facing any direction you wish, providing that the resulting move will not carry it off the board again".
Going to see if I can edit the first post and poll, now.

That still doesnt change the answer. You cannot leave the movement on from Reserves, but you have permission to leave the board with Zooming Flyers. pg 81. So yes you can flat out and pop back off the board.

Same answer. Although I fixed my first answer, since i didn't see the movement phase restriction.
