You dont need the flickerfields on the raiders. Yes, they will be getting close and flickerfields can save them in assault, but if they are assaulted they are probably dead anyways, even with a 5++. If you drop both FF's, you can get another wrack and a wytch with HWG's.

I would try to get more wracks if you want to send the squad into combat. Maybe a 9th wytch as well.

The razorwings are 145 points with the stock loadout that you have. I would put flickerfields here, which would make them cost the same as they cost in your list.
