Does an Inquisitor's Null Rod prevent the effects of a Farseer's Runes of Warding? Would be nice not to have to roll that extra dice...

Absolutely does not work, because the Runes of Warding are not themselves a psychic power.

Nope; they have no interaction at all from what i can see, rules-wise. I agree though, it 'would' be nice not to have to roll the extra dice.

If you are already taking Null Rod, take Psyoculum on him/her and put it next to an Orbital Bombardment dude. You will one shot Eldrad or whatever psykers you are dealing with at Str 10 AP1 BS10.

Yeah, he's got the Psyoculum too, and he's teamed up with a squad of 6xpsykers(s8-ap1). But I just know they're gonna do a "Scanners" sooner or later(always sooner in my experience)...

That is why you also take a Techmarine with Orbital Strike Relay. You can join the Psyoculum guy to whichever offers you a better kill against Runes of Warding.

Of course since my Farseers don't require LOS, they are perfectly happy sitting in their Wave Serpents as long as possible.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Yeah, Strength 10 AP-1 small blasts work as well vs wave serpents as they do anything else, in a pinch.

Strength 8, unless you are hitting the back armour. And you only get 1 roll to penetrate, not 2 take the highest.

Ditch the C'Tan, maybe the Eldar and Necrons can finally be friends .

They pretty much already have; the C'tan are now all stuffed in pokeballs (read: tesseract labyrinths) and work 'for' the 'crons rather than the other way around.

Still don't like the eldar much though, both sides can hold a grudge like nobodies business it seems.

Well you did attack our makers...but...we are getting away from the already answered topic at hand.
