The idea is to have Zhandrek shoot up the board and have Obyron and his immortals VoD onto him, no scatter within 6", shoot the hell out of the unit infront and hopefully keep them from assualting because of scary Obyron and his Lord buddy with the RO, MSS and Warscythe.
Rinse and repeat, even if they get into combat, they can disappear because of ghostwalk mantle. Repeat.

Have the Deathmarks use the Cheese ability to drop from thier NS, template S8 AP1, 2's to wound due to HfH and reroll 1's because of Preferred enemy from the Desroyer Lord.

the Ghost ark is just going to roll onto an objective and hopefully keep the 5 warriors alive until last turn when they can jump out and count as scoring.

ABs just sit at the back and slowly move up the board to wherever theyre needed

please let me know what you think, i'm going to give it a good few games for fine tuning and to learn to use the list

Zandrehk in a CCB is pretty useless, he has a staff of light, not a warscythe

its mainly for the manouverability, getting obyron around the board without having to worry about the DS scatter, and the increased survivability, just doesnt make sense to have him foot slogging really, if i took that away, then obyron would have to footslog too, which i dont really want

I feel like you may be over-estimating Obyron's punch in melee, he's good, but him teleporting around with immortals doesn't feel too dangerous, I'd try to find a dedicated melee unit to accompany him.
The x3 barges is good, and the deathmarks with NS is good too.
What is the purpose of the destroyer lord?

Way to much stuff in HQ and not enough in troops in my opinion. also MSS is 20 pts on a destroyer lord.

in melee, the lord should help out obyron with his mss, stopping (hopefully) any big hitting melee specialists, hopefully he wont get into much CQ but if he does at least the unit can disengage and shoot another unit, the dedicated melee units for necrons are pap except maybe wraiths, but a lord cant joint them, taking away obyrons bodyguard.

ill have to find that 5 points some where then, or take it away, its only there, again to scare off big hitting melee guys and to hopefully keep the deathmarks alive a bit longer, although they are mainly a one hit wonder unit

So all I need to do to draw or tie with you in a 1500 point game is to kill 1 AV13 vehicle, 5 very soft necron warriors and 10 immortals.

You need more troops.

Necrons: 2200 Points
Orks: 3000 Points
Space Marines: 165 Points

True, except that the 10 immortals should be pretty hard to kill, with Obyron and the lord to keep them trucking, the ghost ark is acctually pretty survivable, what if its kept in reserve?

I will probably play the list on thursday and then ineviatbly have to find some more troops to put in

I think you have put to many points into what people would call 'cheesy' combinations, and not enough in your core army. xSuuy is right it won’t be hard to take out the ark and warriors, and if the immortals are going with obyron they won’t last long either. I’d say drop the destroyer lord (way to many points for what you want to do with it). Drop the command barge and play to zhandrek to his strengths (put him in a 20 man warrior squad to take advantage of his res orb; will also keep him safer from dyeing and giving your opponent 1 victory point). Now you have 225 points for troops.

You should take upgrade points out of your list keep only unit totals.

As for the list it seems like you have tryed to fit all the 'cheesy' combo's in a list and its a bit of a mess .

You will have fun in casual games and be super annoying.

A dedicated tournament list, however, will rip you apart. You have too many tricks and not enough depth. It's the same problem I have with a lot of the lists that I build.

Yeah, I decided last night to take this back to the drawing board, I'll be keeping this list tucked away for when I have a local tournament and I want to troll someone a little bit.

I have been doing a bit of research and re-reading rules all night and what I've come up with is as follows, definatley more balanced, and definately more flexibility

Very solid list. I played something much like it before I moved onto warrior spam lists. Consider getting a solar pulse in there to help the wraiths and barge lord, works wonders.

Again no upgrade costs look up army list posting rules.

Those 5 man warrior squads are going to be easy work for an opponent without a transport/ higher numbers though the list is an improvement

I could make some room by dropping the particle casters on the Wraiths, but that would only be 40 points, and if I start cutting away at the crypteks then I'll end up losing the fire power to start cutting away at 2+ armour, the idea is to keep them at the back and then move them on to objectives when the board is a little more clear, let the ABs plow forward and follow with the troops

So you have 20 bodies that have a 4+ save? You are not putting enough points in troops. Necrons have awful troops choices and you only get away with MSU squads if they are in transports. It will be very hard for you to win with such vulnerable troops. Killing 5 4+ save models isn't difficult in one round of shooting.

Yes it is intimidating until you realise that only 17% of your army can win you the game.

Drop the particle casters on the wraiths - waste of points.
