Looking at a wiki for blood angel successor;s colour schemes and a few of them are unknown, Templars of blood, Blood Legion Exasguniators to name a few, has anyone got any back ground on these, could i run a black colour scheme and say red shoulder pads and use the Blood angels codex for them?

^ Sure, as long as they were recognizeably Blood Angel enough. It helps to keep the logos and use Death Company as base models for recognition.

Seeing a squad of veterens swoop in in a Vendetta, secure the area, deliver that math assignment, and extract within 2 minutes would be freaking sweet.

You are perfectly allowed to make your own successor chapter up. its fun. Whatever color scheme you want.

One of them doesnt have death company,

Reason I ask is i have a team tourny at the end of the month and its one codex per player per team, someone already has codex marines and SW, so its either BA or DA for me so I need to use one of those

Automatically Appended Next Post:
OK the TO has said this is fine as long as they look like BA's, so thinking black colour scheme with red stripe down helmet and red shoulder pads?, I will look into getting some tear drop symbols on some of the models.
I am also thinking of gettin a unit of Sanguinary Guard just to use as the vet sarg's of the tac squads, (they would just count as normal sarg's), Baal Pred, I may field one depending on the army list, I do have a Assault cannon turret but its aftermarket, it may do, if not I will go buy a new baal pred, I do have a fursio dread for some reason.

How else can i make em look Ba like?

I have a few units from the dark vengeance box set, a lot of other tac's and termies and bikers etc
