Pyro Pilot of a Triach Stalker

Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high

Gonna be hitting the FLGS this weekend for some games, and i realize I dont have a TAC list for 1750 points, here is what I came up with. I'd love a bit of C&C on this before I use it, so please help me out

Obyron 160
D-Lord 160
x6 Wraiths 240 x3 whips
x6 Lychguard sword and board 270
x1 Night Scythe 100
x5 deathmarks 95
A-Barge 90
A-Barge 90
x8 warriors 104
x8 warriors 104
x8 warriors 104
x5 warriors 65
Stalker 165 Heavy Gauss Cannon.

The plan is, Lychguard and Obyron Deep strike across the field, as the wraiths run up the field, deathmarks deep strike to counter deploy or deal with monsterous creatures.
The x5 warriors go in the night scythe for late game contesting.
A- barges lay on the heat, assisting with armor if need be.
Stalker makes the warriors much more dangerous, or can help deal with armor

I like most of it. Only tweeks i have would be to drop the stalker (just because twin-linking only really helps the warriors), and get another night scythe +5 warriors for more objective grabbing and AA. Also, you could drop 1 lychguard, with which you could buff up one or two warrior squads, or upgrade one of them to immortals completely.

Not a fan of lytchguard the 3+ save will cause just weight of fire to reliably bring them down, and even if they do make it into combat their I2 and only W1 won't last very long, and with the sword and shield they are only ap3 so 2+ armour units will defeat them in combat.

I really think you would be better off with another wraith squad, who have more wounds, higher strength, can rend, have a better save, access to whip coils and are cheaper to boot.

Sword and shield lytchguard aren't a terrible unit, if you like the model/want to try them out, but they are over shadowed by better cheaper units in the codex. Personally I would run them with warsythes so that they can fill a role that wraiths don't do better.

I would use the wraiths to counter 2+ armor units, while the Lychguard and Obyron Deep strike into tasty long range shooting units, weather a round of shooting, and take out some targets.

I've had a good amount of success with them in previous games. Their primary disadvantage to me has been their relative immobility.

I'd take more wraiths, if I had the models, assuming thats out of the question, do you still think the stalker is a waste of points?
