Pretty simple ... set up your henchmen firebase on the pad ... DS your GKSS and DKs if needed. Profit. You won't always get the roll I want on my jokaeros ( increased range is optimum) but when you do it gets really nasty.

A very nasty army. I would suggest some Plasma gun acolytes for the Henchman squads, but I don't know where you would get the points from. Your list seems about as optimized as it gets.

Will be interested to know how the DKs work out for you. If they don't pull their weight I would consider Rifle Dreads instead, but it's hard to say right now.

I was thinking of taking prescirnce on Coteaz and a second power maybe from telepathy? The second Inquisitor could be ...

I'm not sure that is better though psyocculum is becoming very good.

I say cut the dreadknights. I know that they can be effective but for 470 you can do alot.

Maybe some more henchman, maybe 2 units of 10 psychers (the ones that cast a large blast) I cant think of their names right now. I love the list btw!

Also why dont you use an aegis the a quad gun instead of the landing pad? Is it for the height?

Really hard to remove shunting DKs in 6ed. They can really do a lot for any list. They protect your strikes from assaults, they contest. they often get first blood ... on and on.
I considered the quad but ...
4+ save ... not 4+ inv. There is a big difference there. Plus it's 25 points more. I do have an AGL painted up. AGL can be good going to ground behind it ... 2+ save ... not bad ... but it is easy to ID my squads with blasts.Skyshield also has better sight lines. I'm not sure which is best.

I'd probably rather take 3 heavybolter servitors then that way more of the jok bonuses help (like rending would be awesome), and if you can maybe add 1-3 crusaders for a little shield wall instead of the acolytes? if not I dont see the storm bolter shots helping with shooting much, I mean their either out of range, not high enough str or the other weapons arnt used to their full potential (they'd only really help in overwatch shots I'd say), if you do keep them I say go for normal bolters to keep them cheap (7 pt guardsmen suck even if they do have storm bolters lol)

if you can find the points I'd give the justi a hammer incase of dreads or MC's, I mean its better than a fist and is 15pts less (well 10ish if you take into account base cost)

I dunno, looks good to me, but maybe to save some points, drop a strike squad and get some cheap acolytes in psybacks to back the other strikes up (and use points towards vindicare or dreads [ven or not])

Presciemce is the primaris power. I'll have it on both inquisitors.

Plasma Cannons are, IMHO, better in most cases than heavy bolters. I'm not relying on the bonuses for Jokaeros. If I get rending or range I'll be happy my storm bolters rend.

Hammers are okay but really not needed with DKs hovering about. I haven't used hammers in 6 months on my strikes.

DKs cal take out high AV targets - no problem there. If that fails I have re-roll lascannon shots from Jokers.

I could see dropping psybolt. Plasma Cannons are pretty good. I'll have to mathhammer that out. For me the new list was about testing the skyshield. I played a listthat was vey close for a few games and at times lost my henchmen a little too quickly even with cover and going to ground on occasion.

Overall at 1500 the list fared very well, albeit a bit weak on AA. Prescience did help the AA a bit though. Still the odds of hitting with six lascannon shots and eight psycannon shots seem low. I had a game where I never hit one flyer. Adding an AGL was not that great an improvement. Believe it or not they miss plenty too. So I thought I'll just keep my guys in 4+ inv cover.
