So I looked on the Games Workshop blog and they had the entire Ultra Marines Chapter on display in miniature form and I saw a couple of Compnaies with Storm Talons. This made me think, how are a Chapters Storm Talons distributed throught the Chapter? Does each company have in its arsenal a few Storm talons or are they a Chapter asset free to be rented out by which ever company needs them? I do NOT have the white Dwarf with their rules and fluff so I was unable to research this on my own.
