So i noticed wolfguard units, Nobz and paladins aren't all characters but i remember playing against an chaos player not too long ago and finding that his terminators were all characters does this mean they can do the LOS sir BS and accept a challenge in place of special characters? if this ISthe case, does that mean its the same for basic terminators?

They can't do the LOS thing because they only have one wound.

Assuming they were all Champions, an upgrade, then yes they can do so, as champions are characters

Even when upgraded to champions they are only single wound models so they can't wound spread to avoid losing models (although they can protect special weapons). I would advise that most people would probably resent you trying to play this way in light of the recent FAQ to Nobz, Wolf Guard, and Paladins.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

I don't see how they'd suspect it, you have to pay to upgrade them to characters. And its the rules.

Yup it's an entirely different type of unit they get their character rule from paying the champion upgrade contrary to those nobx, pala, wolves units that got it because they could lead other squads.

What's really odd is Eldar Warlocks are always characters.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

...but since they only have 1W each, don't have good BS-based shooting, and don't throw out a lot of attacks in HtH, there's not a lot of advantage possible to derive from it. It just winds up being a minor buff. And considering the hit their witchblades took in the new rules...

I also noticed that.. honestly 10pts for +1A and character isn't that big of a deal to me. I'd rather grab a Mark or weapons. No additional wounds does it make rather useless but.. The real question is why didn't they FAQ Terminator Champions? are they that forgotten? ^^
We shall see! Also they made Bloodfeed an actual rule now, so I wonder where that will pop up? Instead of it saying " Bloodfeeder rolls 2d6 for attacks it says. Bloodfeeder has the Bloodfeed rule: 2d6 bonus attacks!

TLC plus champ plus mok plus charge is a butt load of attacks. A6 each on the charge.
