I had the idea of creating a search engine for Warhammer 40,000 websites. It would be a Google custom search app, if you've ever seen them on websites like Wikihow. While it's not difficult to search a single site on Google, I'm going to add all 40k websites to it, so anyone can search for whatever terms they want and only get Warhammer related results.
If anyone know any 40k websites, please list them here so I can add them to the list of websites to be searched. I can also add your own blogs or other personal materials and websites.

As a discussion grows in length, the probability of a comparison to Matt Ward or Gray Knights approaches one.

Note: Ads are placed by Google since it uses their service. Sturmkrieg does not make any money from the use of this service.

Here it is: http://lightinthedarkness.sturmkrieg.com/ I'm flexible on the name, if anyone thinks something else would be better. I can also to free promotions for blogs for the first few months if you want. It works the same as the ads in Google, except I can add them in for free.

We have around 70 websites on it now. New submissions are welcome- it doesn't have to be your own blog or website either.

How about a section where you dig through battle reports on Youtube (and other video sharing sites) and have them classified by game system/edition/armies each, so say if you wanted to look for 6th edition chaos space marines battle reports you could easily find a bunch.

That sounds like a good idea. I'll work on it.

Yeah. The only downside though is that Wikia and Lexicanum frequently block out other search results. It's no use moving them to a "canon materials search engine" because they'd completely block out any other blogs or other sources of canon, and there'd be no point in including Wikia since they're a fanfiction wiki. I'm considering blacklisting them all together because of the tactics that they have use, all pretty much to bring in money. The only reason I don't do that is because I don't want to seem subjective. I'll let Google decide that.

Yes. Because otherwise it would be totally obvious that you had been kicked out screaming from both Wikia and Lexicanum for your "activities". And of course we wouldn't want to give the impression that biasing search results would be interpreted as some kind of revenge, would we?

hes been kicked out of the both? oh and that sounds like a ok reason behind why he might want to do what he says above, after all if lex and wikia do block each other out in searchs then i dont see why limiting them is a bad thing so that other pages might also be found.
