Flower Picking Eldar Youth

Used to be a collecter and gamer back in my childhood, now i have decided to dig them back out after a decade of them hiding in a cupboard, still have dreams of an eldar exodite, ranger, and (nice) outcasts, and i am just starting a little skittering horde of rat men
I have been researching some bits and this forum came in handy for a lot of it, and i am after some advice on painting later
also i regret selling masses of my eldar, i really would like my hordes of harlequins back

Welcome, too bad about the Harlies though. All you can get now is either very limited metal from e-bay or crapcaste from GW T_T.
Few things are more satisfying to me as an Eldar player than watching my opponent's face as I attempt to describe the complex and strange special rules the Eldar have; I find the "Flip Belts" and "Veil of Tears" on a group of Harlies are the most entertaining.
