Ok its time to get my big shoota out and show whats been going on on my workbench.
Ok short story shorter, I paintad as a teenager, i found the beer and got started on the path of big scoopa party.
Now after over 20 years i got back to the hobby and Orks got to be my first army.

I chose to make my orks mexican blood axe loonies. They got an awsome mek that makes them some crazy stuff to ride in and to pawn those umies.

First out is my custom built Ork hot rod buggy.

The basic frame was made from an Ork Trukk. The wheels are from Lego and the engine and transmission is from a Mustang -1964 1:24 model. I added some bits I had and for the rest its basically plasticard 1mm. in my opinion its a bit too thick. for my next I will use 1mm for the base struckture but 0,5mm for the details. The big bolts are made from the plastic sprues that I cut out a thin strip to make them look like big bolts. The rivets are from the mustang sprue. The Big shoota is from the warbikers and the captain is still WIP with green stuff.

Ok time for a small update on the progress.

One of my favorite model is the shokk attack gun. Its simply a blast to paint. Cheer fun!
The fluff makes it extra fun and i just love the thought of those poor grots travelling through the warp and reemerging as complete lunatics.

The battom part of the base has not yet been painted black and i might do some small touch ups but its 95% done so to say.

Took me a while to paint this model and I loved every miniute of it.

Well almost, its not the walker its from the command sprue, some sort of antenna array.
I just chopped it to pieces, the gun was suppose to go on another base in the beginning. This base was for Ghazkgull but with the crashed eldar parts i just had to give it to the mek.

This model is not converted in any way, which is rare for being me since practically all my models have benn converted in some way.

Ok did some more painting and have a different paint schema to try out. Might put this on my shootas to make them stand out.
The idea is to give them all white helmets and make it look dirty. The straps are better in some kind of blue or camogreen. And their gloves will be the same as their boots. They are like Cadians
What do you guys think. Please share your thoughts.

Im also throwing up some pics on my painted choppas that carry a more bluish tone. The aim was to create a sort of uniform look thats been torn and dirty after countless chopping and hacking those stinking umies.
These guys are Ard´boys so they seen some action. I didnt wanna get them too gory because when there is a lot of focus on the blood it tends too look a bit ridiculous.

These are my 3 favorites; the first one i dig the pose, second is their nob that leads them and finaly its Mr Tits. Why Mr tits?
He got his eye poked out when he was looking at the wrong ork woman so later he came back to the bar with a lead pipe and kicked the other dudes ass.

Hello guys.

Time for a small update.

First up we have the warboss; Mastagunk.
He got himself a cloak or a trench coat that was made with GS. It was painted 3 times before i settled for this color.
Notice the base with the hacked up CSM on the second picture. All models are WIP and I will try and post some finished ones asap. problem with me is that I never paint 1 model and finish it. I usually paint between 3-10 at the same time. Feel free to ask if you want any tips on modelling or painting techniques. I use a lot of weathering and for that I use a special sponge on a small stick.
a tutorial will soon be up as well.

Next up we have the new shootas i made last week, these guys are somewhat a bit more kommando in their style. They got more gear and accessories.
My favorite is the one looking far far away.... Can you guess which one i mean?



Ok here we have the deffkoptas. They have gotten a tail and I added some bits from the bikesprue as a windsheild. There are lots of other orkbits in there. The tails and small wings where made with plasticard.
These 3 guys gave me a big advantage last game against space marines. In my first turn i blew up his predator with my twin-linked rokkitz. He had autocannons and heavybolter sponsons on it. Good job Koptas!!
After that my Grotzookas blew up his entire 10 man tactical squad. more pictures later on my Killa Kans.
