I have been wanting to try this for some time now - taking a 10 man command squad and giving them infiltrate with an Apothecary and a Marshall/Castellan in artificer armor. Rapid Firing marines on your doorstep turn 1 anyone? I was wondering if any of you guys had tried something like this and what the general thoughts on the tactic are?
Short of dumping 300+ points in that squad, you will find it rather underwhelming.
You could stick a teleporter homer in there to deep strike some termies turn 2 for xtra fire support (if they come in).
Overall a big point sink for what they can do.
The only time I take command squad is with a termie Marshall or MoS for xtra cyclone launchers or ACs.
