I just finished a dualwing list (Sammael and Belial) and I was hoping to get some criticism on it. The list is - I feel - very versatile and doesn't have any glaring weaknesses but I was hoping for ideas to improve.

Storm bolters are not that great.
You haven't banners or apothecaries.

If you 6 bikers with banner and apothecary, then give the serg. a weapon and push them into cc.

Try vanilla marines for the bikers. Sammael is fairly weak and your fearless bikers are expensive and not that amazing.

you really need to swap out a few of your storm bolters and powerfists for th/ss or lightening claws. I play a DW army and the amount of times the stormshields have saved me is amazing and the attackes at regular initiative are really good. You dont really want your whole squad attacking at I1
