I've ordered He'Stan from GW but it hasn't arrived yet. This is what my list looks like without him:

Librarian drop pods in with the sternguard, possibly combat squadded. Hopefully thats 2 tanks removed on turn 1. Scouts sit behind the Aegis with Telion on the Quad-gun for a 2+ cover save. Terms footslog across the field (basically because I have no points left for a LR).

With He'Stan, I will probably lose the Librarian and a Term to pay his 190 cost. All the flamers/meltas and ThunderHammers get a reroll. For 1750 I would probably keep the Libby and drop in 2 multi-melta landspeeders at 60 points each.
