I would drop the SB from the Halberdiers and replace it with another Assassin. It keeps your Halberdiers cheap and increases the threat on the board from those assassins. With those and Eiryss in place, your opponant will spend more time solo hunting and you will see most of your Halberdiers make it into the fight and churn up their targets.
The Sentinels + Griffon + Arcanist missle, Assassins x2, and Kaelyssa means alot of rediculously long threat range targets your opponant has to deal with.
You may also consider swapping out your Assassins for Ghost Snipers. Put Feedback on an enimy jack, then plink away with low number auto damage. The jack won't die, but the Caster will really feel the pain. If you sic the MHSF on the target too from range, average rolls will see you putting 1-2 pts of damage on the jack each if its an ARM19 or 20 jack. Lucky rolls will see the warcaster dead. Unlucky rolls will see the warcaster bloodied and far more conservative or at least panicking. Then next turn rinse/repeat.
For 35 points my easy solution is to simply drop the Sentinals +Griffon. 15 pts exactly. The loss in hitting power scales quite well, and that makes a near identical list to the one my Girlfriend is sadly pounding me with. Though she uses a Banshee instead of the Chimera. That filthy knockdown/slam cannon sucks! "I arc a spell onto your BG." "Thanks! I activate the Banshee and knockdown your caster. Have a nice day!"
