To make this more competitive I would suggest a few things. Drop the prince and herald and grab a level 2, light seems to compliment well as a lore for TK. Split the archers in 2 groups of 20, really a musician is fine, the champ is expensive for what it brings and the standard is nice but you really don't want archers getting into combat. I'd also split the chariots into 3 groups of 4, again the champion is a lot of points for 1 extra attack, I'd stick with the musician and standard. Necroshinx are good but expensive I'd swap 1 for a warsphinx with fire breath or a casket, in fact you might be able to swap both for a warsphinx, casket and heirotitan with the points left over from trimming off the herald and prince. I would also recommend earthling rod on the level 4 and really since you want to keep it out of combat that could be it, it already is getting a 6+ regen from being a heirophant. I also recommend maybe dropping a chariot unit so you can get some horse archers, this will defeat enemy chaff and redirectors and also be your chaff and redirectors this will delay the enemy in getting to your archer bunkers and setup good combats for your chariots and sphinx. I also think a pair of catapults would do you some good as tomb kings have to weaken the enemy with magic and shooting before they hit our lines for us to have a chance to win combat. So some minor tweaks and you can run something like this:

HLP, lvl4, Earthing Rod 235
LP, Lvl2, Dispel Scroll 130
4 Chariots, Standard, Musician, Banner of Eternal Flame 250
4 Chariots, Standard, Musician 240
20 Skeleton Archers, Musician 130
20 Skeleton Archers, Musician 130
5 Horse Archers 70
5 Horse Archers 70
Warsphinx, -Fiery Breath 230
Heirotitan 175
Casket 135
Catapult 90
Catapult 90
1975

25 more points to mess around with or drop the catapults and 4 archers, 2 from each group won't make that much of an impact and you can grab a necrosphinx. I'm admittedly not a big fan of the necrosphinx, the heroic killing blow is not very likely having to call it out before rolling to hit. "But it has regular killing blow too!".... Well so do the Tomb Guard Crew of the warsphinx and while they take out that key lord or hero the kitty is beating the rank and file and winning with combat rez.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
-Alexis de Tocqueville.
