Hello everyone,
I'm Dan a 30 something man with a family and a mortgage thats too big for my liking. After several years out of Model painting I'm trying to get back in to it, so i thought what better place to see whats going on in the world of miniatures than a good forum.

So I have started buying new mini's and have dug out a selection of my old ones to start on. Now just need to get my head round the new GW paint system and spend a fortune buying a new set of paints. In the past I did play Warhammer 40K but that was many moons ago when i was a kid. so have small IG Catachan and Space wolf armies.
I'm now more interested in the painting and modeling side of things. If I find time I may even try and do some Commission work. But with 2 young boys, a wife and a house that needs work I'm not sure how much free time I'll get.

I'll go post some pics of the stuff I painted before, so keep an eye out for my work in the gallery.
I'm also planning on casting some of my own resin bases at some point in the near future, which i may sell at some point.

I've been thinking about painting small Inquisitor forces, and have been buying characters to make these up. So far I've bought
1 Ronin Ultra marine primarch, Roboute Guilliman
1 GW Ultra marine hero
1 Scibor Celtic warrior (space wolf)
1 Scibor fantasy fighting priest (that I think I might try and make in to an inquisitor)
GW Inquisitor Coteaz and one of his retinue
and Captain Sicarius
So a bit of a spending spree over the last few weeks.
