THe IC psykers join the blob. Runepriest rolls on the Divination table twice. Worst case I get rerolls on tjhe blob at all times. Best case they have rerolls 4++ and FNP! Either way the firepower of that unit is amazing. Chimeras and squads provide fire support until midgame then claim objectives. its 110 guardsmen and 5 chimeras, Killing that many guys requires considerable firepower. The 5 man SPACE MARINE squad runs around and SPACE MARINES it up! Basically they hide then try to claim an objective late game!

I assume the primaris is rolling on the tables as well?
I would drop the melta bombs from the boys in the chimeras, leave the melta gunning to the PCS, and krak grenades can deal with everything else. Try to get a chimera for the PCS leading the chimera group, as well as a 4th meltagun for each PCS.
Otherwise, anything but a wall of land raiders is going to die to this list.

You can bring 2 HQs with space wolves. A such I would prefer 2 blobs and vendettas(maybe a cheap scoring squad instead one),
Just not sure what a wall of chimeras will interact with the blob.
If you have chimeras you may as well bring a rhino for the grey hunters or a razorback.
I would equip the blob a bit lighter. I think one set of kraks for a squad of 50 is probably enough.

This list is very similar to my IG with wolves list.
Do you really need the master of runes? It won't let you cast the same spell twice, so I don't get the point of it, especially as the rune priest is basically a divination bitch.

its exactly because hes a divination Runepriest. I want the 4+ inv save above all, it increases my chances of getting it. Even though i can't cast the same power twice it would allow me to 4++ save the blob and give them rerolls. or rerolls and foreboding. or misfourtune and rerolls. Thats why I like having a second divination power, it gives me options.

Very scary list.
You probably could lighten the krak load to free up some points, get that fourth meltagun in your PCS's. I'm not a fan of HB sponsons on vendettas; they don't mix with the lascannons well. I assume the vendettas are there as anti-flyer first, anti-tank second? What will heavy bolters accomplish there?
I tried it without the sponsons. You can put kraks on just one squad in each blob, and that gives points enough for meltabombs on the last two sergeants and both extra meltaguns.

The heavy bolters are cheap, as such it is hard to really find fault in them.
The first role for vendettas tends to be to take out the other flyers and the other AA guns. Heavy bolters happens to help, not a huge amount but what do you expect for a small investment.
It also adds better antiinfantry, which may sound foreign but actually I find flyers get one turn where they have to turn and can only see infantry and sometimes infantry is the high priority target.
