A number of Blood Angel tanks are also fast. The first paragraph under Amendments says to refer to the rule book for unit type. None of the SM common vehicles in the rulebook have the fast designation (ie Rhino or Razorback).

Is this a case of Codex>BRB or does the faq override all the blood angel shared vehicles?

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

All the Blood Angel tanks that were fast, are still fast. The Codex > BRB.

That was what my group claimed, however, the faq specifically states to refer to the rulebook for types. If codex overrules in this situation, one could argue that the bloodraven is not a flyer.

You refer to the rulebook for types and hull points, but the BA codex (in the Rhino entry) specifically states that the BA versions have an additional rule that makes them fast as noted in their profile. However, the "all of them have this special rule" part is a separate statement, and the "as noted in their profile" part is just informing you that you don't (at the time it was printed) need to worry about how to apply the rule, its effects have already been added to the base stats. In 6th you have to apply the rule on top of the rulebook profile to get the BA-specific version but nothing in it overrules the statement that "all BA vehicles have this rule".

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.
