Hey All,

My question is if you can purchase a special weapon for each of a wolf gaurds arms, such as a wolf claw in one slot and a TH in the other. If so, how do you determine how attacks work?

You should re-read the codex one more time. It is very clear on all these aspects.

Your Wolf Guard model starts out with wargear A, B, C. Some of these wargears can be swapped out for other wargears.

Once you have swapped out stuff to your heart content, consult the multiple weapon section of the 6th edition rulebook.
