I would probably get rid of the FF on the voidravens and give the trueborn blasters with the points, but other than that it looks like a pretty solid list. Good luck!

Keep the ff, because that way you don't have to jink ( I'm also pretty sure you know that). ;p
My only concern is if you have bad reserve rolls, the rest of your army is extremely fragile & could be tabled fairly quickly, if you don't play hide & seek.

How do you plan to play it?

flaming tadpole, that's the duke's venom(he needs the shardcarbines for the poisoned upgrade)!

Anyhow, my thoughts are similar to xambrien's, if you don't do well on reserve roll, those few venoms won't last very long. May be mix in some ravagers?

I don't know your local meta, but in mine (keeping to your theme) I would drop 2 Voidravens & bring two Ravagers w/dissies for anti-terminator/biker duty & another 5 wyches in a venom w/2 sc for AT/AI & still have 35 pts to spend. If your really that worried about fliers, just turbo into the opposing players deployment zone & to minimize the damage they cause
& concentrate on wiping their troops. At 1250 I wouldn't think you woud have to deal with to many.

I'd tweak this list a little if I were you. First, you're spending 150 pts on Sliscus just to get 12 short range splinter shots to 3+ wounding, an average gain of 1-2 wounds per turn, assuming you survive. You have only 5 Wyches which benefit from his contraband, i.e. maybe you should get a cheaper HQ (Haemyyy where are you?) and more Warriors (or Wyches w/HWG), and get Blasters for the Trueborn as tadpole suggested. In conjuction with the points you'll save from replacing the Voidravens, this will also allow you to get a 4th troop choice. Considering how fragile DE are, you want to get as many troops as possible. Also, getting 12 extra shots from a new Venom and more from Warriors inside should more than balance out the loss of the Duke's poison.
Second, Voidravens are infinitely inferior to Razorwings in my experience, they cost a lot especially if you give them missiles, so I also agree that you should prefer Ravagers and Razorwings. Especially Ravagers, since the concern about reserve rolls is pure reality. Otherwise a resourceful list, with good spread of AT and AI firepower. Congratulations.
If you do take a Haemy I would recommend a liquifier gun and stick him with the Trueborn. Since you're going Venom spam, there is no other place to put him, but at least he will make them slightly more likely to survive an explosion.

honestly i been usin duke in the last 3 games i had yesterday... even tho at first its looks good to have 4 trueborn with 12 shots i rather have a unit of 20 warriors wit 2 spinter cannons and you will see how fast your opponents will drop... and i have not used viodraven but razorwing with ff and 2 disses wit four shattershield do distruction

It's more the cost and effectiveness ratio, sure 20 warriors w/ 2 SCs is good, 52 shots at 12" providing your SCs were stationary, wounding on 3+, but... they aren't very survivable, and they cost a lot. On the other hand, 4 shardcarbines or 2 shardcarbines + 2SC trueborns on a venom is cheap, your effective range is longer and they're slightly more survivable than the 20 warriors in the open.

Exactly. Footslogging is a death sentence. If you really want to take Sliscus (as I said before, I wouldn't take him with this list if I were you), then stick him in a unit of Trueborn.
