Ok so I am in an event this weekend and was hoping for some last minute ideas. Here is what I have in the list as of now. I have alot of other demons and can switch alot of differnet ways.

Kairos

625 total

Tzeentch Herald, Bsb, Wings, Icon of despair (-2 ld penalty)
Khorne Herald with armor (3+ save)
Masque
Slaneesh Herald
Slaneesh Herald

620 total

30 bloodletters with command (fury banner for the extra charge range.)
30 daemonettes with command (banner so they can not flee)
30 daemonetters with command

1220 total

Leaves me at 2465. Should I just add 2 more guys to the list? 1 more daemonette to each unit?

The whole idea is for the flying herald and the masque to run around an ruin ld values of people and then use Kai-daddy to buff the units with fighting spells and win fights. Then they run, then fast units kill them.

Does this sound solid? Or not enought models? I think artillery could hurt me...

the idea is not bad,but I would defenetly lover up one of Deamonette unit and buy some redirectors(2 fiends,maybe 5 furyes(good stuff as hunters of war mashines),or one beast of nurgle)
with 3 hordes you really need some redirectors.

Doesn't not being able to flee make redirectors bad?

Yap but only when you charging
they are more diffensive (flank protectors and offensive for war mashines hunting)
I alwaust play with 2 or 4 fiends (movment 10 is grat and very manuvarble)
once I played with out redct,and some armyes just walk around me :( and that was very iritating... beleve me, try bouth stuff you'll see the diffrence

You mean like put then in the way so they have to charge them? I haven't played fantasy in a long time lol

yap and angle them so enemy can't overrun into your unit

I am going to try this list tonight in a friendly game. It is against the guy who won the last event and he will be playing ogres.

He told me he has 2 4 man units of those ogre cav so its gonna be a good trial of the fiends!

You see here that there is no HoKhorn in this list. I had to cut something for the fiends to fit and if it was a herald of slaneesh they would lose ASF and I thought that it was better than just 1 round of rerolls!

Well the weekend is over and the tournament is passed. We dont have a large following of warhammer fantasy im my area so we only had 8 players.

I actually ended up winning the event and all your imput was clearly what I needed!

Here is what I played:

Kairos

Tzeentch Herald BSB with wings and banner of despair (ld banner)

30 bloodletters with command and endless war for extra charge range
30 demonettes with full command
30 demonettes with full command and siren banner (no fleeing!)

In hindsight you were totally right as the redirectors were amazing. There is no way I would have won this event without those fiends doing 2 things.

1 was when they made my opponenets turn all crazy to charge them giving me a ton of flank charges.
2 was hunting down small flanking units/characters in the open.

My opponents were as follows:

O&G. It was a pretty normal list with some goblin hoards that had fanatics. It was a good game but the ASF demonettes made short work of the lightly armoured opponents. Massacre

Warriors of chaof. This was a very different match. He actually had no models in chaos armor other than his heros!
He had 180 mauraders with great weapons with a mark of khorne in 60 man hoards! it was scary!
Kairos was able to use buff and debuff spells to make my units to hard to kill. (flesh to stone, Miasma, etc.) Major victory

last but not least was Ogre Kingdoms. They are very strong this edition and just so fast. It was the closet game of the weekend for me. The charge redirecting from the fiends absolutely won my the game. Getting the mournfang to turn away and lose a lot of combat time was all I needed to win.
Kairos did some work with pit of shades and purple son. Major Victory

All in all a very fun event and thanks alot for your imput!

Congratz on the win and with a list I wouldn't call cheesy to boot, unlike that WoC list yikes!
