It is a commercial to remind people that even if they select only party tickets that doesn't effect non-partisan sections on ballots and that those must be voted on sepreately. If you just choose "Democrat" or "Republican" party line you still don't vote for those things. Oh, and I guess Mary McCormack's sister Bridget Mary McCormack is running for a judiciary spot that is listed under 'non-partisan'. That may have something to do with it as well.
