Hey folks, where would be the best source for 25mm gravestones.
I plan to use them on bases to convey a graveyard feeling for my army

I guess ideally I'm after something like this:

(Child's grave for especially grimdark vibes)

Cheers

There are several that come in WFB Vampire Counts sets (the zombie set I know from personal use, can't speak for the others. There's probably a lot in the Garden of Morr set), you could look for them as bits. Reaper has a tombstone set and several models that come with them (go to reapermini.com and search "tomb" and "grave").

Those all came from googleing "28mm gravestone".

I think the renedra ones will give you the lowest cost per gravestone. They are largely generic, and hard plastic so you can work with them quite easily.

Fenris has some Cthulhu inspired ones which may also be handy for giving a less realistic feel to things:

Also, take a look at O scale model railroad stuff. Woodland Scenics and other companies do several sets for that sort of thing.

I feel your right about the ones from renedra.. I never knew that site was there, thinking about picking up some from them myself.. I have a dnd campaign that has a large encounter in a grave yard.. I was going to make them out of scuplty..

The Renendra set was what came to mind for me, as well. I want to say that they're what Mantic includes in their combo zombie/ghoul/gravestone package, as well, but they can also be bought directly (along with a variety of fence segments, should you want to build an enclosed section as terrain/unit filler). If I ever get around to working on my undead fantasy army, that's what I'll be going with.

Armorcast has number of graveyard kits; headstones, Sarcophagi, slabs, mausoleums and more:

Don't know how easy these would be to find outside the US, but since it's close to Halloween, the local craft stores have a bunch of miniature Halloween-themed houses (ceramic, I think). Along with all that, they sell blister packs of headstones and (I think) bone/skull piles. Fairly cheap, as I recall.
