do the copyrights matter for a print out of a picture of the model? I mean just because its the same size shouldn't mean much >.>

They apply in as much the same way as they apply to the CHS case.

While it isn't recasting by any stretch, it is utilizing GW concepts to create something similar. Now, the question of how much control GW actually has in regards to that - that is a different question all together.

Google "eli patoroch" and whatever model you are looking for. I know he has released a bunch of new stuff in the past year, however I am not sure if the Dreadknight is one of them (pretty sure I recall seeing a Contemptor dread though...).

Be aware though, GW has been very busy with takedown notices and what not in the past few months. It may take you awhile to find a live link to the files - most likely on a Russian or Chinese site. Validity or lack there of of a take down notice is normally not challenged - so most Western based sites just remove the files without question.
