This leaves me a 1723 point army please give me suggestions on how to improve current list and how to spend remaing points to make a competitive 2000 point army.

Your terminators can no longer bring drop pods.
I think I would like ADL with quadgun. It gives your guys a cover save and a gun

The list looks good, I would go for double CMLs and tank hunter as they will now not be drop podding.
Also typhoons are a good cheap source of firepower.

Only problem Im seeing (besides no Pods for Termis already being mentioned) is having the TDA Chaplain's rerolls wasted in a shooting squad. Change one Termi squad to LCs and TH/SS, stick the Chappy with them, and spend your remaining points on an LRC. Voila, you sir now have a death star capable of smashing HQs, MCs, and tanks, rerollong misses and LCs rerolling failed wounds.

Oh and who is the EC hanging out with? Hes gonna get bored in a shooty Crusader squad.

Based on what you have posted all 3 of your troop choices are on foot... why?

Correct me if im wrong but my codex says drop pods can carry 5 termies, did they change that? But other than that thank you for the tips. Oh and roguejm11 i accidentally forgot to say i included rhinos sorry.

Terminator armor gives them deep strike capability anyway... However I think Termies can only use LRs as transports.

FAQ took away Pods for Termis. Rhinos will work fine for shooty Crusaders, but Id recommend one squad goes CC and the EC joins.

If your going all shooty, EC on the Quad gun for that BS5, then put your long rang units behind there for the +4 cover. I would even put the preadators being there as well. Also Typhoons are nice! I would either look in to those, or vindicator with PotMS, move 12" and still fire the main cannon, for a 36" range? YES PLEASE!
