so i've seen a lot of people posting duke sliscus lists, and i didnt want to miss out in all the fun so here's my list! 
HQ
Duke
Troops
4x5 warriors w/ blaster in venoms w/ 2 SCs
Elites
4 blasterborn in venom w/ 2 SCs
9 trueborn w/ 7 shardcarbines and 2 SCs in raider w/ FF, splinter racks, and SP
Heavy Support
ravager w/ FF
ravager w/ FF
razorwing w/ FF, NS, SC, and 4 shatterfield missiles
so this is a list i had great success with in 5th, i would probably exchange the FF on the ravagers with NS now. Let me know what cha think

Yeah drop the FF for a NS, they'll get Jink anyways. Of course, that does not help in assault, but if your Ravagers are getting assaulted there is a problem! Only thing I can't comment on is Razorwing, have yet to use one =P

Looks pretty good, but watch out for objectives-your troop choices are quite few and exposed in their tissue paper-armored Venoms. Remember that in an explosion your guys will now take a S4 hit, open topped doesn't help. Unless you table your opponent, you might be left with nothing to capture objectives with. But oh well, isn't that always the case for DE? No concerns otherwise, good list (considering you're swapping FF for NS).

I also agree about dropping flickerfields for nightshields on the ravager and the duke's raider.
Also drop the splinter racks from the trueborn ride, they only affect rifles and pistols. Better to get night shields on the blasterborn venom.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.
